China's TENAA and MIIT have certified and listed the specs of the upcoming realme 12 Pro (RMX3843) and realme 12 Pro+ (RMX3841) ahead of launch.
According to China's TENAA and MIIT, the realme 12 Pro and realme 12 Pro+ will come with similar specs with select differences.
The vanilla realme 12 Pro carries the 4nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 and Adreno GPU while the realme 12 Pro+ will come with the 4nm Snapdragon 7S Gen 2 and Adreno GPU.
Both phones have a 6.7-inch curved AMOLED screen with a 2,412 x 1,080 resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate and a 2,160Hz PWM dimming support. Alongside the SoCs, both phones will come with 8GB/12GB LPDDR4X RAM, 128GB/256GB/512GB of internal storage, and a 5,000mAh battery.
The two variants come with an in-display fingerprint scanner, stereo speakers, Dolby Atmos, 5G, Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, GLONASS, Beidou and dual nano-SIM support.
The realme 12 Pro comes with a 50MP main camera with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide camera and a 32MP 2x telephoto with a Sony IMX709 sensor and an LED flash. In front of it is the 16MP selfie camera.
While the realme 12 Pro+ will come with a 50MP main camera with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide camera and a 64MP Omnivision OV64B 3x Periscope telephoto camera with an LED flash. While in front is the 32MP selfie camera.
The phones measure 161.47 x 74 x 8.74 mm and weigh 190 grams (12 Pro)/ 196 grams (12 Pro+).
FoneArena expects the series to be announced in late January or early February.
