vivo G2 unveiled: Dimensity 6020, 5,000mAh battery, and 13MP rear camera!

vivo just unveiled its first G-series smartphone that may probably be targeted at entry-level consumers.

First vivo G-series phone!

The phone arrived in a traditional simple neat design like other vivo devices and comes with a Black colorway.

At the front, you can notice the teardrop notch at the 6.56-inch LCD (IPS) screen with HD+ 1612 x 720 resolution, and 90Hz refresh rate.

Inside, the laptop features a 2.2GHz 7nm Dimensity 6020 octa-core processor with Mali-G57 MC2 GPU, up to 8GB LPDDR4X RAM, and up to 256GB UFS 2.2 expandable storage.

The vivo G2 also features a 5,000mAh battery that charges using a 15W power brick and USB-C cable.

Other listed features are a 3.5mm headphone jack and a fingerprint reader.

For connectivity, it has 5G, 4G LTE, WiFi (2.4GHz/5GHz), GPS, and dual SIM.

For OS, the phone runs Origin OS 3 based on Android 13.

vivo G2 6GB/128GB - CNY 1,499 (around PHP 11.7K)

So far the vivo G2 is only offered in physical stores in China. No word yet for other regions.
