The realme GT Neo6 sports three design choices Purple, Green, and Silver.
At the front, the phone is equipped with a 6.78-inch 1.5K 0.5-120Hz 8T LTPO AMOLED screen, Pro-XDR display, 3+1 low-frequency flicker DC dimming, 2160Hz high-frequency PWM dimming, up to 6,000 nits peak brightness, Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection and In-Display fingerprint reader.
Inside, it is powered by a 3.0GHz Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 octa-core processor with 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB UFS 4.0 storage.

For battery, the phone sports a 5,500mAh capacity with 120W SuperVOOC fast charging which realme claims can bring a percent juice in 10 minutes. It also has the SUPERVOOC S power management chip to handle thermals. Meanwhile, the brand claims it can maintain 80 percent battery health even after 1600 charging cycles or equivalent to 4 years of use.
For cameras, the phone uses a 50MP Sony IMX882 OIS main shooter + 8MP IMX355 ultra-wide sensor. For selfies, it uses a 32MP IMX615 front camera.
Other features are IP65 water and dust resistance, stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, Hi-Res audio rating.
Connectivity features are 5G SA/NSA, dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, NFC, and dual SIM.
For OS, the phone runs Android 14 with realme UI 5.0
