According to DxOMark, the Google Pixel 9 Pro XL has a Photo score of 161, a Bokeh score of 75, a Preview score of 86, a Zoom score of 155, and a Video score of 152. It also achieved 149 and 132 points for Friends & Family and Lowlight, respectively.

Its total average score is 158 points. This means that the Google Pixel 9 Pro XL has a higher camera rating than the iPhone 15 Pro Max, Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, and even the OPPO Find X7 Ultra.

One of its cons is it has some loss of texture in low light.

To recap, the Google Pixel 9 Pro XL is equipped with a  50MP Samsung GNK main cam + 48MP Sony IMX858 ultra-wide + 48MP IMX858 5x telephoto camera and up to 30x digital zoom. It also has a 42MP Sony IMX858 shooter for selfies.
