HONOR Philippines is bringing the Magic V3 flagship foldable with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 and 3.5x telephoto Periscope camera to our shores.

Launched globally in early September 2024, the new flagship foldable is the pinnacle of the brand’s manufacturing.

Recent developments have confirmed that it is officially coming soon. We even published our first impressions and hands-on of the new foldable.

The main appeal is its 9.2-9.3mm thickness and its 226-230 gram weight.

The cover screen is a 6.43-inch FHD+ LTPO panel with a 1-120Hz variable refresh rate, a 4,320Hz PWM dimming, DCI-P3 color gamut, and a 5,000nits peak brightness. While the inner folding screen is a 7.92-inch FHD+ LTPO panel with a 1-120Hz refresh rate, 3,840Hz PWM dimming, 1.07 Billion colors support and stylus compatibility.

Inside is the 4nm Qualcomm 3.3GHz Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 octa-core processor, Adreno GPU, 12GB/16GB RAM, 256GB/512GB/1TB of USF 4.0 storage and a 5,150mAh battery with 66W wired SuperCharge and 50W wireless charging.

Foldable with powerful cameras

At the back are the 50MP f/1.9 main camera with OIS, a 40MP ultra-wide camera and an 8MP 3.5x optical Periscope camera with an LED flash. 

On both screens are punch holes with a 16MP selfie camera.

Other features include stereo speakers, DTS Ultra audio, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, 5G, 4G VoLTE, WiFi 7, dual satellite SMS, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, NFC, and IPX8 water and dust resistance.

It is running on Android 14-based MagicOS 8.0.1 interface. Lastly, it will come in either Black or Green colorways.

In the UK, it has a starting price of GBP 1,699 (around PHP 95K). So we can expect the price to be in the same ballpark.
