At CES 2025, Samsung showcased its 2025 Monitor lineup offering AI integration and improved gaming and productivity-focused features.
Samsung has just unveiled its latest lineup of monitors, which it claims aims to set new technology benchmarks with AI integration, gaming capabilities, and productivity features.
The first is the Smart Monitor M9 M90SF 32-inch 4K OLED monitor with integrated on-device AI and a built-in 4K camera. It supports VESA DisplayHDR True Black 400, which offers incredible details and vivid colors. It incorporates 4K AI Upscaling Pro which uses advanced AI processing and neural networks to upgrade lower-resolution content up to 4K quality.
Next are the Odyssey OLED G6 and G8 OLED gaming monitors. The G6 or G60SF is a 27-inch 2 OLED gaming monitor with a 2,560 x 1,440 resolution and up to 500Hz refresh rate while the G8 or the G81SF is a 27-inch 4K OLED gaming monitor with up to 240Hz refresh rate. Both offer 0.03ms GTG response time and both support AMD FreeSync Premium Pro and NVIDIA G-Sync. Lastly, it is VESA DisplayHDR TrueBlack 400 certified.
The fourth monitor is the Odyssey 3D. The G90XF is a 27-inch monitor with a lenticular lens attached to the front panel and a front-facing stereo camera. It provides a customisable 3D experience without the need for separate 3D glasses. It can also add a new depth to content by using AI to analyse and convert 2D video to 3D.
The last monitor is the ViewFinity S8 or S80UD. It is Samsung's largest 16:9 4K monitor at 37 inches. It has a resolution of 3,840 x 2,160 and it covers 99 percent of the sRGB color gamut. It is TUV Rheinland certified for 'Ergonomic Workspace Display' and is TUV Rheinland certified for Intelligent Eye Care. This means it should reduce fatigue for the eyes even during prolonged use. It comes with an Easy Setup Stand and it features a built-in KVM switch. The KVM switch allows the monitor into a single command station for multi-tasking across several devices with only one mouse and keyboard. Devices can also be connected and charged at the same time at up to 90W via USB-C.
There is no word yet on international or Philippine availability and pricing.
