5 best features of HONOR X8c - More than just a tough phone?
1. Drop-resistant body/IP64 rating - The new device took a page from its sibling HONOR X9c with the tougher build that can handle accidental drops. HONOR claims its screen is 3x stronger and can withstand falls up to 1.8 meters. Overall, the brand mentioned it has 360-degree protection, ensuring the device is built to last, thus earning certifications from SGS's Drop & Crush resistance.
Moreover, it has IP64 dust and water resistance enabling the device to handle dust, sand and some water splashes or minimal pool dips.

2. Sleek looks and leather design - Typically, phones with such durability have a chunky armored body. But not on this phone since the brand still provided slim and stylish aesthetics.
It measures at just 7.12mm and is lightweight at just 174 grams. On top of that, it has a luxury bag-like faux leather with a checkered design, providing fresh looks on the outside.

3. Brighter, smoother, less fatiguing display - It uses a 6.7-inch OLED screen with FHD+ 2412 x 1080 resolution, 120Hz refresh rate and reaches up to 2800 nits peak brightness.
Additionally, it has 3840Hz PWM dimming matching some upper mid-range displays, making it a lot safer to look at and gives less strain on the eyes when using for extended periods.
4. Large storage and upgraded battery - The HONOR X8c sports typical 8GB RAM and can be extended virtually up to another 8GB capable of handling many apps. It also has very large 512GB storage, which is a big factor in saving your huge games, videos, photos, and other personal files and documents.
HONOR also slightly upgraded the battery to 5,000mAh from 4,500mAh and still charges at 35W power brick.
5. 108MP OIS main camera/50MP selfie camera - While it retained the 108MP sensor, HONOR added Optical Image Stabilization to improve your photos, videos, and make them more usable in low light situations.
HONOR removed the depth and macro filler cameras and retained the 5MP ultra-wide snapper for taking scenic views you may encounter on your outdoor journey.
Finally, there aren't many phones with a 50MP shooter on the front camera. That means you can get better selfie output making them ideal for your daily social media posts or stories.
