Meanwhile, the Pro team consists of Super Frince, Kelra, K1ngkong, Kirk, Brusko, and Hate. These professional players are headed by Coach Anthony Dennis Senedrin and Jeniel Bata-anon (YellyHaze). The organization aims to inspire fellow gamers in the Philippines to pursue excellence in gaming.
Meanwhile, nubia says, this partnership reflects the brand's "Be Yourself" which encourages self-expression and exploration, aligning with the ONIC PH's mission to motivate gamers to get better.
Gavin Lian, General Manager of ZTE Philippines (Terminals), expressed excitement about this meaningful partnership, with ONIC PH enlisted as the newest additions to the nubia Philippines family. “We are proud and excited to have ONIC PH represent our brand, as one of the most influential groups in the growing gaming community in the Philippines. Through our collaboration with ONIC PH, we aim to build long-lasting relationships with Filipino gamers, empowering them to pursue their gaming and esports aspirations with the support of our trusted, high-performance mobile devices,” he added.
The phone maker noted they are positioning the 2025 as a year of meaningful collaborations and new smartphone debuts. Over the past year, the brand has made significant progress in enhancing the Filipino smartphone experience by offering powerful mid-range devices like the

Standout player Duane “Kelra” Pillas shared, “For years, we’ve advocated for making competitive esports more accessible to Filipino gamers because we want more Pinoys to join us on the global leaderboards. Through nubia Philippines, we can now make this dream a reality— inspiring more Pinoy gamers to believe that they are born to win. This is our time.
More recently, nubia Philippines introduced the
nubia V70 Max. A new budget phone with a drop-resistance build, a 6.9-inch 120Hz refresh rate, 1.6GHz UNISOC T606 chip, 6GB RAM + 6GB extended RAM + 128GB storage and a large 6,000mAh battery with USB-C 22.5W fast charging.
