YouTube reaches 93 percent of the Philippines' online population aged 18 and above. Creators like Kristian PH leverage YouTube Shopping to diversify content and generate significant revenue by linking product reviews to Shopee purchases, creating seamless shopping experiences and sustainable business models.

Within two months, over 20 percent of eligible Filipino creators joined the YouTube Shopping affiliate program, turning passions into sustainable businesses. In that time, over 550,000 products were tagged across 240,000+ videos. 

New tools such as Stickers on Shorts, Timestamps, and a Chrome Extension simplify product tagging, enhancing creator content and viewer shopping experiences.

What is even more impressive is that Shopping-related watch time surged by 70 percent from February 2024 to February 2025, reflecting Filipino's appetite for content-driven commerce.

The platform's flexible formats - Shorts, long-form videos, and mobile-to-TV viewing paired with robust monetization, position YouTube as the leading hub for Filipino creators to grow their business.
