Enhancing banking processes and experience
Security Bank has partnered with tech company WIZ.AI to fuel its digital transformation agenda and enhance customer engagement through secure, scalable, conversational AI.
According to the bank, it will integrate WIZ.AI’s natural language processing (NLP) and voice automation capabilities to improve its efficiency, accuracy, and responsiveness while delivering more personalized customer experiences.

With this partnership, the official said Security Bank aims to improve its collection efficiency through seamless human-bot synergy.
Jianfeng Lu, founder and CEO of WIZ.AI. said the partnership "reinforces WIZ.AI’s commitment to empowering enterprises across Southeast Asia with secure, scalable, and truly human-like conversational AI."
The partnership forms part of Security Bank’s broader digital transformation roadmap, which prioritizes data-driven decision-making, operational efficiency, and the responsible adoption of new technologies to enhance customer experience.
