Since Christmas is just around the corner, the authorized Apple Premium Reseller has posted on its Facebook page about its "Gift one, keep one promo."

As per the images, customers who will purchase any of the iPhone 17, 17 Pro, 17 Pro Max, and iPhone Air will be eligible for a 50 percent discount on the budget iPhone 16e.

If the 128GB model starts at PHP 39,990 SRP, then it will be down to just PHP 19,995 upon following the said mechanics.

That's going to be a sweet deal, especially if you intend to get another device as a gift to yourself and your loved ones.

Moreover, the iPhone 16e that was released earlier this year still packs a punch and can give other devices under PHP 20K a beating in performance.

Why? Because it still features a 2024 Apple flagship processor and Apple Intelligence.

To recap, it boasts a compact 6.1-inch Super Retina XDR OLED screen with a 2532 x 1170 resolution, a 3nm Apple A18 chip with a 6-core CPU, 4-core GPU, and 16-core Neural Engine.

It also has up to 16 hours of video playback while it can charge at 20W via USB-C cable and Qi Wireless charging support.

For cameras, the iPhone 16e uses a 2-in-1 camera system with a 48MP f/1.6 Fusion 26mm primary camera with OIS  + 12MP f/1.6 52mm 2x telephoto lens with optical image stabilization. This can capture up to 4K 60fps Dolby Vision films with audio zoom, as well as 240fps slow-motion footage.

The iPhone 16e also has an action button, a stereo speaker arrangement, two microphones, WiFi, 5G (with the Apple C1 5G modem), 4G LTE, GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, QZSS, BeiDou, NavIC, and dual SIM card capability (nano SIM and eSIM).
