This tablet is basically identical to the regular REDMI Pad 2, but with a few minor changes.

First, the display. The 11-inch LCD screen with a 90Hz refresh rate and 2.5K resolution now has an extra layer of Matte Glass made with AG nano-texture technology to elimitate 97% light interference for clear outdoors and lessen eye fatigue when reading and watching.
According to its website, this tablet even has TÜV Rheinland Low Blue Light (Software Solution), Flicker Free, and Circadian Friendly certifications, as well as Reading mode, Wet touch technology, and 10x super resolution.

Second, it comes with accessories like the REDMI Stylus for Pad, with no charging needed, and the REDMI Pad 2 Play Cover with a stand at the back for hands-free viewing and a pen slot for the stylus. The case is made of durable silicone material for drop protection.
Xiaomi also added a pre-installed bekids Coloring paining app and 1 month of VIP access to the app.
