Moto loan expansion

Building on its successful launch of moto loans services through its Salmon app last year, the firm is now expanding this service on the ground with a partnership with Suerte Motoplaza, a fast-growing motorcycle dealership network in the Philippines.

As two-wheeled transport continues to grow in popularity in the Philippines, we are committed to making ownership more accessible through fast, convenient financing solutions. We’re happy to partner with Suerte Motoplaza in bringing this experience closer to customers, said Raffy Montemayor, co-founder of Salmon.

The moto loans would initially be offered in select Suerte Motoplaza branches across Metro Manila.

More stores across the country are expected to be covered by the service.

As it seeks to streamline loan processing, Salmon Finance said the entire process would be conducted digitally—from application to loan repayment.

Decisions on applications would be made within 60 seconds.
