OnePlus Pad 4 confirmed to launch on April 30

OnePlus started teasing the 4th iteration of its tablet including its key details and launch date.

According to the brand, the OnePlus Pad 4 is scheduled to launch in India on April 30 at 12 PM IST. Based on the disclosed specifications, the device is positioned in the premium tablet segment.

The details suggest the device is built with a metal unibody construction and will be offered in two colorways: Dune Glow and Sage Mist.

It will feature a 13.2-inch display with a 3.4K 3392 x 2400 resolution, a 144Hz refresh rate, Dolby Vision support, and a peak brightness of 1,000 nits.

OnePlus Pad 4 key features

The tablet is going to be powered by the 4.6GHz 3nm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, with configurations of up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage.

Moreover, the Pad 4 houses a 13,380mAh battery with USB-C 80W SUPERVOOC.

There's a single rear camera included, though OnePlus has not yet disclosed its details. 

The tablet is compatible with the OnePlus Stylo Pro stylus and a dedicated smart keyboard, suggesting the company intends to market the device as a productivity tool as well as a media device.

Further details are expected to be revealed at the official launch event on April 30.
