Another zoom-focused camera phone
The device emphasizes upgrades to imaging, display, and performance. It also measures 8 mm thin and weighs 217 grams. It carries IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance.
The X300s is equipped with a 6.78-inch flat AMOLED display with 1.5K 2800 x 1260 resolution, 144Hz refresh rate, HDR10+, 2160Hz high-frequency PWM dimming, and DC-like dimming, 4,500 nits peak brightness, P3 color gamut, and Armor Glass protection.
The device runs on the 4.21GHz 3nm MediaTek Dimensity 9500 octa-core processor with Immortalis G1 Ultra GPU.

It is also paired with Vivo’s V3+ imaging chip, a combination designed to handle performance tasks and real-time image processing. The phone comes with 12GB or 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and storage options up to 1TB using UFS 4.1.
The X300s is powered by a 7,100mAh battery that supports USB-C 90W wired fast charging, 40W wireless charging, and reverse wireless charging.
It boasts cameras developed in partnership with ZEISS. This includes a 200MP f/1.68 Samsung HPBr main sensor with a 1/1.4-inch size, OIS with CIPA 4.5 certification.
It is joined with a 50MP f/2.0 ultra-wide camera with an f/2.0 + 50MP Sony LYT-602 3.5x periscope telephoto lens.
The device introduces Zoom Flash II, which uses updated LED materials to improve color rendering by 14 percent, and it supports more than 10 film-style lighting modes.
For selfies, it has a 50MP front-facing camera with an f/2.0 aperture.
New software tools for photography include the Blueprint Color Palette, which allows manual adjustment of filters and supports saving and sharing custom presets, and the AI Creation Camera, which adapts to different photography styles such as cosplay and travel themes by processing scenes in real time while maintaining facial accuracy.
vivo also introduced the G2 teleconverter, designed for extended zoom photography. The accessory weighs 153 grams, measures 96mm in length, uses a 15-element optical structure, and meets Zeiss APO standards. It also supports 200mm video recording.
Additional features include an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, stereo speakers, Hi-Fi audio, and USB Type-C audio.
Connectivity options include WiFi 7, 5G SA and NSA, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, and multi-system GPS support, including NavIC.
Finally, the device runs on Android 16 with OriginOS 6.
