This is the new FreeClip 2 S
The new HUAWEI FreeClip 2 S is a premium-tier personal audio wearable with a trendy clip-on design.
The first noticeable change is the new rounded luminous case with a pearl-like mirrored finish.
HUAWEI also improved the C-bridge design with 25% softer liquid silicon for lasting comfort.
The company added that it further improved its comfort, refining it from over 10,000 global ear samples.
Each bud weighs just 5.1 grams to ensure a level of comfort that feels like almost nothing in the ear.
Each bud measures 26.7 x 25.4 x 18.8 mm. The charging case measures 48.9 x 48.6 x 37.4 mm.
They also come with an IP57 rating for dust and water protection for sweat and daily splashes.
Colors available are Deepsea Blue and Space Silver.

Inside, each uses a dual-diaphragm driver designed to produce solid bass and nuanced highs with "remarkable clarity and depth." The company claims that this also elevates low-frequency performance and volume output by 100%.
Assisting the drivers is its new "advanced NPU AI processor" that boosts computing power by 10 times vs the previous generation to enhance audio and voice processing capabilities for clear calls as well as textured sounds with rich details.
Since these are open-ear buds with no ANC, HUAWEI introduced the "Adaptive Volume" solution that adjusts the volume automatically depending on the surroundings. It has 3 adjustment levels that cater to listening habits.
Moreover, it has the Adaptive Voice Enhancement that amplifies vocals for calls or podcasts and tri-mic call noise cancellation with multi-channel DNN algorithms for clear calls.
According to HUAWEI, the buds have minimal audio leakage as well.

For controls, it has a press-and-hold to wake the voice assistant, swipe to adjust volume or change tracks, tap to answer or end calls, triple-tap to play the next song, and nod or shake the head to accept or end calls.
The buds connect with Bluetooth 6.0 and support pop-up and pair.
According to the company, each bud (60mAh each) can last up to 9 hours on a single charge. The case (537mAh) provides up to 38 hours.
A 10-minute charge could also provide up to 3 hours of music playback. A full charge with the earbud and case requires about 60 minutes.
