New mid-range with former flagship chip?

The listing, under model number SM-M676K and believed to correspond to the Galaxy M67, shows the phone running Samsung's Exynos 2200, the same flagship processor used in the Galaxy S22 series in 2022 and later in the Galaxy S23 FE.

The Exynos 2200 is built on a 4nm process and features a 1 + 3+ 4 CPU configuration with a maximum clock speed of 2.8GHz. It also includes an Xclipse GPU based on AMD's RDNA2 architecture, notable at launch as the first mobile GPU to offer hardware-accelerated ray tracing.

In the benchmark listing, the Galaxy M67 recorded a single-core score of 1,589 and a multi-core score of 3,923. The device is listed with 8GB of RAM and is running Android 17, likely paired with One UI 8.5.

Samsung's M-series devices have typically shared core specifications with corresponding Galaxy A-series models, but the M67's chipset suggests it may deviate from that pattern.

The M-series has primarily been sold in India and select other Asian markets. Further details are expected as more information becomes available.
