After a meeting, users can capture a whiteboard photo using the OPPO Find N6. Opening the image in the device's app activates the OPPO AI Pen's AI Chart feature. By pressing and holding the pen button, users circle any area, even if lines are uneven or spacing is inconsistent. The system reads the sketch, extracts key elements, and generates a clean wireframe.
Users can edit text, adjust data, or apply styles. They may also revise the chart manually using the pen, keeping the workflow natural while ensuring a professional layout.
Once ready, the chart can be exported as an image, PDF, PPT, Excel, or XMind file, depending on the type, and shared directly with teammates without rebuilding it from scratch.
For document review, the OPPO AI Pen offers Global Annotation. Users open a file, press the pen button to access the Stylus Palette, and tap "annotate" to enter full-screen handwriting mode.
This allows continuous writing across long pages. Users can scroll freely while adding notes, circling sections, or highlighting content. Ink color can be changed to distinguish types of feedback: one color for corrections, another for questions, a third for follow-ups.
After reviewing, users tap "Share" to send the annotated document as a PDF or JPG, with no screenshots and no folder clutter. Feedback lands directly in context.
