Prestigio Philippines just announced on their Facebook page that the entry level Prestigio Multiphone 3450 Duo gets a price cut to make it more affordable. From the original price of 5,699 Pesos, this decent performing 4.5 inch phone with rugged yet stylish build is now down to just 3,999 Pesos.
