Marshmallow Update For ZenFone 2 Laser ZE500KL Now Available, Bloatwares Removed!

Great news! Asus via ZenTalk forum just announced that the 5 inch ZenFone 2 Laser ZE500KL is scheduled to receive the much awaited Android 6.0 Marshmallow update starting today 11/05/2016.

Most units will receive the update automatically, but if you didn't receive the update prompt, you may go to settings then about then system update to manually upgrade your phone.

After getting the Marshmallow update and its new features, your unit will have a decrease in internal storage used. The best part of that update is Asus will remove all the Asus made pre-loaded apps and all the other bloats from other companies that was pre-installed before.

The result of that is you'll have more space, smoother feel and customization options on what are the apps that you'd like to use or have.
