Going to the specs, the X Venture should be a capable entry-midrange smartphone! It sports a 5.2 inch FHD IPS screen, 64 bit Snapdragon 435 octa core processor inside, Adreno 505 graphics, 2 GB RAM, and ample 32 GB of expandable storage.

The handset also highlights a plentiful 4,100 mAh of battery which can last up to 24 hours on a single charge. Speaking of charging time, the battery is compatible with Quick Charge 2.0 technology that can charge it from 0% to 50% in just 48 mins!

Camera-wise, there's a 16 MP main camera behind for your great outdoor photography and a 5 MP 120-degree wide angle selfie camera ala LG V20. You'll also find a front facing fingerprint scanner in the home button.

To keep up with its outdoor nature, LG has added a dedicated side button dubbed as the QuickButton. Basically, that button will open LG's new Outdoor Essential app that contains a barometer, compass, step/calorie/distance counter, weather information and flashlight.

The QuickButton is also multi-purposed. You can short press it to open the Outdoor Essentials, long press for settings menu, double press for Glove Mode. The Glove Mode will recognize your swipes and taps even on gloves. The QuickButton can be customized to open your favorite apps as well.
