Motorola just sent an invite to select members of the local tech media for the upcoming launch of the Moto X4 smartphone in the Philippines on December 7.

In case you missed it, the Moto X4 was first announced last IFA in Berlin. It's an interesting smartphone w/ premium sandwiched metal and glass design, IP68 water and dust resistance, and dual camera setup.

The phone features a 5.2-inch FHD display, 64-bit Snapdragon 630 chip, 3GB or 4GB RAM, 32GB or 64GB expandable storage, and 3,000mAh battery.

The dual camera setup of the Moto X4 includes a 12MP f/2.0 lens w/ Dual Pixel PDAF focus + 8MP f/2.2 120-degree wide angle lens.

Then like what we mentioned previously, it has a nice camera features like: bokeh effects, ultra-wide angle shot, selective black&white, background replacement, and 4K video recording.

For selfies, it has a 16MP sensor w/ f/2.0 and front light LED flash. It even has a special 4MP adaptive lowlight mode that probably combines pixels to get more light in lowlight conditions.

This phone also has the Moto Key which allows users to access password-secured websites in a tap.

Moto also has an Android One variant of the X4. But, we are not yet sure if Motorola will bring that phone here too.
