OPPO F5 advantages - Bigger RAM size for multitasking, better overall back and front camera specs
OPPO F5 Youth advantages - Same screen size and resolution, similar processor, GPU, storage, and battery, pocket friendlier price tag
Overall, both are really good mid-range grade smartphones based on specs alone.
Go for the regular F5 if you have the PHP 15,990 in your pocket as it has more RAM for better multitasking and better main camera and selfie camera specs.
But, if you only have PHP 13,990 to spend, the OPPO F5 Youth is a very good alternative. It even has the same design, screen size and aspect ratio, and most of the specs and features found w/ the regular F5.
