Sony launches Xperia XA2 Plus with 6-inch 18:9 screen and smaller bezels

Sony just launched the Xperia XA2 Plus. It's the slightly different version of the XA2 Ultra with updated design.

Compared with the XA2 with 16:9 screen aspect ratio and thick bezels, the XA2 Plus now has an 18:9 screen aspect ratio with slimmer bezels. It boasts a 6-inch screen with FHD+ 2160 x 1080 resolution at 402 ppi. It also has Gorilla Glass 5 protection.

Inside, the phone is still powered by the Snapdragon 630 SoC clocked at 2.2GHz. It is paired with Adreno 508 GPU. It coupled with 4GB or 6GB RAM, 32GB or 64GB expandable storage, and 3,580mAh battery with USB Type-C charging.

The camera is still at 23MP, but it now supports ISO 12800, 4K video recording, and 120 fps super slow-motion.

For selfies, the camera is down to just 8MP. It has 120-degree super wide-angle lens at f/2.4. It also has bokeh mode, soft skin, and other effects.
