Honor Play with flagship-grade Kirin 970 processor is priced at just PHP 15,990!

Just in! Honor Philippines just revealed the official price of the upcoming Honor Play in the country. The company announced that the 4GB RAM/64GB ROM variant of the said smartphone is priced at just PHP 15,990!

It made the Honor Play the most affordable smartphone in the country with the flagship-grade HiSilicon Kirin 970 octa-core processor with NPU for AI, i7 co-processor, and Mali-G72 MP12.

It is the very same SoC found on higher-end smartphones like the Huawei P20 series, Mate 10 series, and the Nova 3.

This phone also has the GPU Turbo technology. In fact, it is the very first handset in the world with that feature. It can increase the graphics performance by up to 60 percent while reducing the power consumption by up to 30 percent.

Moreover, Honor paired it with ample 4GB RAM, 64GB ROM, and 3,750mAh battery capacity. The 3,750mAh battery has fast charging support.

To improve the gaming experience further, Honor added a big 6.3-inch 2.5D curved Gorilla Glass protected IPS screen with 2340 x 1080 resolution at 409 ppi.

Honor also included a "4D gaming experience" with real-time recognition of the game scene. The phone will intelligently vibrate to match up to 30 scenes.

It also has a 7.1 3D Histen audio channel technology to make you aware of your surroundings while playing games.

Aside from the gaming prowess of the Honor Play, it also has a dual camera setup that's loaded with the usual features from Honor like the light painting, pro mode, and bokeh effect.

It has a 16MP f/2.2 + 2MP f/2.4 w/ PDAF, CAF, and dual tone LED flash at the back.

For selfies, it goes with a 16MP f/2.0 snapper with face unlock tech.

This device is also complete with most of the features found on a modern smartphone. It has a fingerprint scanner at the back, 4G LTE Cat 18, WiFi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac (2.4/5GHz), GPS, A-GPS, GLONASS, BDS, and dual SIM (hybrid) slots.
