This is part of the brand's long-term vision to lead the 8K as the most accurate and life-like screen resolution on the market. This will be available in four ultra-large screen sizes: 65-inch, 75-inch, 82-inch, and 85-inch Samsung QLED 8K TV.

The South Korean brand features real 8K resolution of capable of 4,000-nit peak brightness, it is a standard met by most of film studios. It allows for TV to produce four times more pixels than a 4K UHD TV and even 16 times more than a full HD TV.

Q HDR 8K is powered by High Dynamic Range (HDR) 10+ technology which optimizes the television's brightness levels and produces pristine colors and images. Meanwhile, Samsung's proprietary 8K AI upscaling technology also comes equipped with picture and sound quality to a level compatible with 8K regardless of the original source quality of format.

Samsung also assured that whether a user is streaming via top-box, HDMI, USB or even mobile mirroring, the Quantum Processor 8K recognizes and upscales the resolution to appear in 8K quality.

These QLED 8K TVs are set to hit stores by the end of the year. Local pricing and availability are yet to be announced.
