Samsung has launched the Galaxy Tab S4 prior to the launch of the Samsung Galaxy Note9. We've rounded up the things that you need to know about it.

It is a beastly tablet the South Korean brand offers to everyone right now. It has a 10.5-inch Super AMOLED display coupled with a Snapdragon 835 SoC inside.

When it's connected on a Samsung DeX desktop, it can serve as a trackpad and a sketchpad at the same time.

Glass-metal back!

Out of the box, it looks so classy with a black, glass-metal back design. Inside is the Galaxy Tab S4, S-Pen, and charger. The book cover keyboard and dock charging POGO are both sold separately.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 has a nice and premium build. It is made of a glass-metal body with a 10.5-inch Super AMOLED screen display on top. Its black, glass finish is striking with quite enough slim bezels on the side for a tablet. 

All ports and buttons are on the usual placements. We like that the Tab S4 is on the USB Type-C already.

The 10.5-inch Super AMOLED huge-enough screen of the Tab S4 is immersive. It has nice , vivid, and sharp colors with good viewing angles and brightness level. 

Inside the Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 is Snapdragon 835 coupled with Adreno 540 GPU. It is equipped with 4GB RAM and  a variant of 64GB or 256GB internal memory. Note that you can expand it up to 400GB via a microSD slot.

Overall, the Galaxy Tab S4 has speedy and snappy-enough performance. 

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 is packed with a whopping 7,300mAh battery. It also comes with a fast charger. 

At the back, it has a 13MP camera with LED flash. It has the usual camera features while it has f/1.9 8MP selfie camera. The rear camera can record up to 4K video and 1080p on the front.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 is also loaded with WiFi, 4G, LTE, Bluetooth, GPS, A-GPS, GLONASS, and dual SIM. It also has the many sensors like accelerometer, light, proximity, e-compass, sensor, and g-sensor. 

It is also equipped with good-sounding AKG quad speakers. It stil has the headphone jack found along the metal frame of the Tab S4. The iris scanner replaces the the fingerprint sensor.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 is the answer of the South Korea company to the American company's Apple iPad Pro. It is something for those who want to be productive with just having a carry-on device.
