In front, the large notch on the 6.3-inch 2960 x 1440 display immediately caught our attention. At the back is the camera, LED flash, and fingerprint sensor. On the right is the volume rocker and power button while the sim card tray and the USB Type-C port is at the bottom.

Inside, it has 2018 flagship specs

It is powered by the Snapdragon 845 with 4GB RAM and 128GB ROM and is running the latest Android 9.0 Pie and it has the Active Edge feature where a user can squeeze the sides of the phones that perform user customised actions such as launching the Google assistant.

The rear camera is confirmed to be a 12.2MP shooter while the two front facing cameras are 8MP shooters with one being a super wide angle lens. In video, the Google Pixel 3 XL can shoot up to 4K at 30 fps for the rear camera and up to 1080p for the front facing cameras.

This is a wonderful surprise but we are sure that there is more to look forward to from Google's launch event on October 9 in New York.
