Nokia 8.1 Plus to feature a punch hole selfie camera

Onleaks and 91Mobiles just published renders of the alleged Nokia 8.1 Plus. Based on its design, HMD Global could be ready to eliminate the notch in favor of a punch hole selfie camera.

Renders showed that Nokia 81. Plus will feature a glossy back with 2.5D glass. It is said to measure 156.9 x 76.2 x 7.9 mm to make it nearly as big as the current Nokia 8.1 with 154.8 x 75.8 x 8 mm size.

Headphone jack slot on top and USB-C below

The screen is 6.22-inch big with tiny bezels everywhere. Even the chin bezel looks quite small. The notch is gone in favor of the In-Screen selfie camera. This handset has a massive screen-to-body ratio.

There's a camera hump behind which showed the ZEISS dual-camera setup. There's a two-tone-looking flash below the cameras as well.

You will also see a fingerprint scanner behind, the Nokia branding, and the Android One logo.

Renders also revealed that there's a 3.5mm headphone jack slot on top and USB-C port below.

Rumors states that it could be powered by the same Snapdragon 710 chip found on the Nokia 8.1.

The rest of the details are unknown for now.
