Rumor: Samsung could release a phone with a Vivo-like pop-up selfie camera

There is a chance that Samsung might follow Vivo's footsteps soon. Ice universe, a popular leakster just started a rumor that the upcoming Galaxy A90 will be the company's first phone with a pop-up camera.

Ice universe claimed that the Samsung Galaxy A90 has a "perfect" screen with no notch and no hole.

We suspect that Samsung's implementation might be similar to what Vivo did with the NEX S that has a motorized pop-up selfie camera.

Personally, I'm one of the few who likes the pop-up selfie camera solution rather than the slider camera tech found on other brands like OPPO and Xiaomi.

If this rumor is true, Galaxy A90 might be the Korean company's very first smartphone with a real full screen display.

GSMArena quoted that the pop-up camera design could be the next signature move from the Galaxy A line.
