Meizu M8 with Helio P22 chip and 4GB RAM to launch in PH for PHP 8,990

Based on a flyer sent to us, Meizu is set to make the M8 official in the Philippines soon.

Meizu M8 features a metal looking curved back cover design. On the front, it goes with a 5.7-inch 18:9 display with HD+ 1440 x 720 resolution at 282 ppi

Inside, it comes with decent specs. It runs with the 12nm MT6762 Helio P22 octa-core chip clocked 2.0GHz. It is paired with PowerVR GE8320 GPU, 4GB RAM, 64GB expandable storage, and 3,100mAh battery.

The handset has a 12MP f/2.2 + 5MP f/2.2 dual-camera setup at the back with bokeh mode and dual-tone LED flash. For selfies, it has a 5MP f/1.9 camera with AI face beauty tech.

M8 also comes with a fingerprint scanner behind, WiFi 802.11a/b/g/n (2.4GHz/5GHz), 4G LTE, Bluetooth 5, GPS, A-GPS, and dual SIM slots.

The phone measures at 147.5 x 72.7 x 8.1 mm and weighs at 159 grams.

Meizu M8 is priced at PHP 8,990. It will also come with a free earphone, clear case, and tempered glass. According to our tipster, it will be available here this March.
