Our thoughts
The battle between the Xiaomi Mi Max 3 and Huawei Y Max is fairly close. However, the Y Max came out on top in terms of specs.
The PHP 2,000 higher price of the Y7 Max is justified due to its bigger screen, faster CPU and GPU, and probably better cameras.
The Xiaomi Mi Max 3 brings it own advantages to the table with a bigger battery, lower price point as well as having a selfie flash.
However, we need to do an actual test to determine the winner accurately.
