The South Korean company announced the two new smartphones at their "A Galaxy Event" in Bangkok, Thailand. Both feature what Samsung calls a cinematic 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display with the A70 having an Infinity-U display (with notch) while the A80 having a new Infinity Display. (no notch or punch hole) 

The rear triple cameras

A70 will also carry the Snapdragon 675 octa-core processor with Adreno 612 GPU, 6GB RAM, 128GB internal storage and 4,500mAh battery with the new 25 Watts Super Fast Charging. At the back is a 32MP f/1.7 main camera, a 8MP f/2.2 ultra wide-angle lens, a 5MP f/2.2 depth sensor while the selfie camera is a 32MP f/2.0 shooter.

While the A80 will run with the new Snapdragon 730 octa-core processor, Adreno 618 GPU, 8GB RAM, 128GB internal storage, and 3,700 mAh battery with 25 Watts Super Fast Charging. What makes the A80 standout is its pop-up ROTATING triple cameras made up of a 48MP f/2.0 main camera, a 8MP f/2.2 ultra wide-angle lens, and a 3D depth sensor.

There is no word yet on local pricing of the A70 and the A80. It was mentioned during the event in Bangkok that the A70 will arrive in the later part of April 2019 while the A80 will arrive in May 2019.
