In an event in China, the Honor released the company's newest flagship phones, the Honor 20 and Honor 20 Pro.

The one showcased during the launch was the Honor 20 Pro.

It has a 6.26-inch FHD+ All-View display while maintaining a 5.3-inch form factor. It has a hole punch design to house the selfie sensor.

It also sports a new design with three layers. It has the glass layer, color layer and depth layer that makes it look and stay durable. It also has four-sided 3D curved glass back design for a more seamless look.

Inside, the Honor 20 and Honor 20 Pro is the 7nm Kirin 980 AI Chipset, up to 8GB of RAM, up to 256GB UFS 2.1 storage with support for GPU Turbo 3.0.

The Honor 20 Pro features 4,000mAh of battery while the Honor 20 is equipped 3,750mAh battery with 22.5W Super Charge support.

Honor said that it can charge the phone up to 50 percent in just 30 minutes.

The Honor 20 series also comes a side mounted fingerprint scanner that doubles as a virtual assistant button as well.

Honor also touted their new graphene sheet cooling technology that increases the efficiency of heat dissipation.

For cameras, both base and pro model has a quad-camera setup with a 48MP f/1.4 Sony IMX586 sensor, 16MP f/2.2 super wide angle sensor, 8MP f/2.4 telephoto lens, and a 2MP macro lens with f/2.4 aperture and support for 4cm macro photography. Up front is a 32MP selfie shooter. 

Camera features include laser focus, AI Ultra Clarity Mode, AI Super Night Mode for both standard and super wide angle, OIS, EIS, support for up to 208400 ISO and 30x zoom. 

The only difference for the two models is that instead of an 8MP telephoto lens the Honor 20 has a 2MP depth assist sensor.

Honor 20 Pro goes for 111 points in DXOMark!

This combination of camera features and sensors bagged the Honor 20 a DXOMark score of 111!

The Honor 20 Pro with 8GB/256GB configuration will go for EUR 599. The Honor 20 with 6GB/128GB configuration is priced at EUR 499.
