Redmi Note 7S with 48MP cam released in India

Redmi just released an improved version of the India's Redmi Note 7, the Redmi Note 7S.

Now with 48MP cam just like the PH version of Redmi Note 7

The said handset now comes with 48MP Samsung ISOCELL Bright GM1 main camera instead of just 12MP. Xiaomi's sub-brand also introduced a new colorway, the ruby red variant.

The rest are similar to what we Redmi Note 7 we know. It still comes with the 6.3-inch FHD+ display with dot drop notch, Snapdragon 660 AIE processor, 3GB RAM/32GB ROM or 4GB RAM/64GB ROM, 4,000mAh battery with USB-C charging, 13MP f/2.0 selfie cam, face unlock tech, fingerprint sensor behind, IR blaster, and Android 9.0 Pie OS with MIUI 10 skin.

The 3GB RAM/32GB ROM model is priced at INR 10,999 (around PHP 8.3K). The 4GB RAM/64GB ROM is priced at INR 12,999 (around PHP 9.8K).

Here in PH, the Redmi Note 7 with the same specs has the starting price of PHP 7,990.
