OPPO's service centers in PH can still repair your phone in just 1 hour!

In 2017, OPPO introduced the 1-hour walk-in repair to improve its customer service further.

Fast forward in 2019, the company is stressing that they still have that service, now dubbed as the 1-Hour Flash Fix program. As of writing, it is still a first in a kind in the Philippines.

This after-sales service by OPPO will be useful to OPPO users who are having problems with their phones.

OPPO guaranteed that their OPPO-certified technicians can repair your phone in just 1 hour or maybe even faster if the problem is easier to fix.

All you need to do is bring your OPPO phone to 3 OPPO Service Centers locally. Walk-in or online appointment is available at SM North EDSA and SM Manila. It is also available at SM Marikina for walk-ins only for the moment.

If OPPO failed to fix your phone in 1 hour, the customers will instantly receive OPPO merchandise items computer-based freebie roulette game.

Merchandise selections include OPPO signature umbrellas, OPPO pens, micro USB cables, OPPO earphones, and VOOC fast charge power bank. 

The service is free of charge unless your phone requires replacement or new internal parts to be installed or it is out of warranty.

OPPO also said they are preparing to make this service accessible to its 20 remaining OPPO service centers nationwide, as well as the 30 OPPO concept stores.

OPPO also introduced the OPPO Service mobile app that allows users to check the repair prices of OPPO smartphones, locate nearby stores and service centers, monitor repair processes, and even do online consultations.
