Alleged ROG Phone 2 with SD855+ benchmarked on Geekbench
A phone with ASUS_I001DC model number has just been benchmarked on Geekbench. It is believed to the upcoming ROG Phone 2.
Its single-core score is still not as high as the around 4.8K score of the A12 Bionic chip, but it is similar to the around 11K multi-score score of the said Apple chip.
But, it is significantly higher than the 3.5K and 10K single-core and multi-core scores we got from the OnePlus 7 Pro running with the 7nm Snapdragon 855 chip. As of writing, OnePlus 7 Pro is one of the fastest phones around.
There's a good chance that it is the ROG Phone 2 with the overclocked Snapdragon 855 Plus because of the scores it showed.
Geekbench also revealed that it goes with 12GB RAM and loads with Android 9 OS out of the box.
There are leaks and rumors stating that the ROG Phone 2 will also feature a notchless 120Hz display and stereo speakers.
