Large FHD+ screen makes gaming a beautiful experience

1. Big display - The 6.53-inch FHD+ IPS screen is really immersive especially since it has slim bezels and no notch. The full-screen experience and immersion are enhanced by the 2340 x 1080 resolution and accurate color reproduction. You also have a bigger screen space for the controls as well.

2. Large battery with fast charging - One of the biggest concerns of gamers when it comes to smartphones is battery life. It has a 4,000mAh battery that lasted around 10 to 12 hours during our usage. That's with gaming, WiFi and mobile data usage too! When you need a break from your gaming session, plug it in for a couple minutes to top up and voila! You are recharged with its Dual Engine fast charging.

4. MediaTek's Helio P70 is quite good - Gone are the days where MediaTek is the butt of jokes and criticism. The Helio P70 is no joke along with the Mali-G72 MP3 GPU. It is a CPU and GPU combo can provide a smooth gaming experience with decent graphics as well.

V15 is also coupled with 6GB RAM to ensure that it can multitask and 128GB storage to store a lot of games.

Great gaming is not a Qualcomm exclusive thing anymore as its competitors such as MediaTek's solution infused with AI keeps on getting better.

Quick thoughts

I had a really good experience gaming on the Vivo V15. The big screen allowed me to be immersed in what I am playing. I also see more information that allows me to make quick decisions that are important for games like PUBG and MOBA games.

In terms of frame drops, there are little to no stutters that could really affect the experience.

Even in Auto Chess, where other phones struggle in the later rounds where there are around 18 units and a lot of SFX, the V15 breezed through.
