GCash supports PH enterprises venture into e-business

GCash has just led the mobile app summit in the Philippines last September 23, strengthening local enterprises in the digital economy.

GCash supports PH enterprises venture into e-business

Dubbed as Sign Up! Summit 2019, the event was held at the World Trade Center, Pasay City, gathering thousands of micro-, small-, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs).

By far, Sign Up! is the biggest gathering of mobile platforms and mobile applications in the Philippines. We want to empower more Filipinos to go digital and help them improve their livelihood, said Nevy Villasenor, chief operate affairs of GCash. 

Participants were able to familiarize themselves with various mobile applications, platforms, and solutions, and listen to inspiring stories of other e-preneurs.

Aside from the usual services offered on the GCash app, such as buying mobile load, paying bills, remitting money, Villasenor stressed entrepreneurs should explore the platform to realize business growth opportunities.

You can actually do more with your business by expanding it through the app. There's so much opportunity for GCash when it comes to growing your online shop. Because with GCash, what can't you do? he said.
