Samsung announces M10s and M30s with big batteries!

In India, Samsung released two new phones under the M series family, the M10s and the M30s.

Of course, Galaxy M10s is the entry-level device. But, it uses a big 6.4-inch Super AMOLED screen with HD+ resolution and Infinity-V notch.

Under the hood, the M10s is powered by the Exynos 7884B chipset paired with 3GB RAM, 32GB storage, and 4,000mAh battery with 15W fast charging support.

For the cameras, it uses a 13MP + 5MP dual-cam setup at the back and a 5MP shooter in front.

It will be available in stone black and piano black colorways.

On the other hand, Samsung Galaxy M30s also features a 6.4-inch AMOLED panel. But, the resolution is at FHD+. The notch is Infinity-U as well. Samsung also said that it has Widevine L1 certification that enables users to watch HD content on different streaming platforms.

Inside, the phone is powered by the 10nm Exynos 9611 octa-core processor clocked at 2.3GHz. It is paired with Mali-G72 MP3 GPU, 4GB LPDDR4X RAM/64GB UFS 2.1 storage or 6GB LPDDR4X RAM/128GB UFS 2.1 storage, expandable memory via microSD up to 512GB, and the 6,000mAh battery with 15W fast charging.

6,000mAh is massive for a phone and it should allow the users of this device to enjoy up to 2 days of battery life on a single charge.

For the cameras, it highlights a 48MP main camera, 8MP 123-degree ultra-wide lens, and a 5MP depth sensor for Live Focus mode. It also has a 16MP shooter with selfie focus and screen flash.

The cameras of M30 has the AI Scene Optimizer feature to identify and auto-optimize 20 different scenes like food, scenery, and more. There is also a dedicated Night Mode for low light shots, 4K video mode, Super Slo-Mo, Super Steady, and Hyperlapse.

Galaxy M30s is available in opal black, sapphire blue, and pearl white colors.

Galaxy M10 is priced at INR 8,999 (around PHP 6.5K). Galaxy M30s 4GB/64GB is priced at INR 13,999 (around PHP 10.2K). The 6GB/128GB version retails for INR 16,999 (around PHP 12.4K).

The devices will go on sale on Amazon and Samsung India from September 29.

There's no word yet if it will reach the Philippine shores.
