What is the Level Up Jollibee Store all about?

According to Francis Flores, Jollibee Global Brand CMO and Jollibee Philippines Marketing Head,

This new Level Up Joy Store promises to take customer convenience to the next level with the introduction of first-ever dual lane drive-thru in the country. It’s ideal for families and friends who are in transit and want to grab great tasting food they can enjoy or take home with them along the way. While for dine-in customers, they can order and enjoy their Jollibee favorites with greater ease and convenience thanks to self-order kiosks we have in store plus built-in wireless charging pads for their use and of course, our Alagang Jollibee service courtesy of our store team.

Inside this Level Up Joy Store, there are self-order kiosks for easy and fun ways of ordering food. With just a few taps, the customers can select meals and items like Chickenjoy, Jolly Spaghetti, and Yumburgers.

The options for upgrade and their corresponding amount were also included for convenience. After choosing what to purchase, these kiosks offer different modes of payment: credit card, Pay Maya, Happy Plus Card, or cash.

These kiosks just have three simple steps for ordering

Apart from these innovative kiosks, this branch installed built-in wireless charging pads to some of the tables. If you want to charge up your device while dining, simply places your device on the pad.

This Level Up Store is also designed to have the Philippines’ first dual lane drive-thru to enable quicker service to more drivers. This will be a great idea for those traveling for a holiday getaway or barkada road trip. 

Double lanes for a drive-thru, anyone?

Each lane is built to bring ease from self-ordering, payment, and pick-up counters for each lane. Two innovations made this system possible, the food conveyor and drive-thru lane sensor. The Food Conveyor system is an automated machine that brings the food from the kitchen to pick-up counters. 

Additionally, the Drive-Thru Lane Sensor System provides real-time performance data like waiting bay times and average service speed. This can help the crews improve order management to serve customers faster.

The latest branch is located along the South Luzon Expressway and is set to officially be opened for the public on December 18. It will have a contemporary design that will make the service more efficient and faster.
