POCO Philippines revealed on Facebook that the new POCO X8 Pro Series will launch on March 17 at 20:00 GMT+8 (8:00 PM PHT).

POCO X8 Pro Series: What we know so far

The POCO X8 Pro Series consists of two phones—the  POCO X8 Pro and the POCO X8 Pro Max. They also teased a special-edition POCO X8 Pro Iron Man Edition in partnership with Marvel, likely featuring similar specs but a themed design compared to the regular model.

POCO teased that the phones come with a minimalist design built for endurance. According to the company, the new devices feature a flagship-quality high-strength metal frame, ultra-tough fiberglass back, and SGS Premium Performance Certification.

For performance, the POCO X8 Pro will use the MediaTek Dimensity 8500-Ultra with a 2,283,558 AnTuTu score and a large 6,500mAh battery with Type-C 100W HyperCharge.

Meanwhile, the POCO X8 Pro Max is equipped with the more powerful MediaTek Dimensity 9500s with a 3,085,998 AnTuTu score and an even bigger 8,500mAh battery with 2-day battery and 6-year-long battery life.
