In Russia, Vivo released the V17 with a diamond-shaped back quad-camera design that is very similar with the S1 Pro in PH. But in India, new leaks suggest that they will have a different version of the said device.

A better version of the V17

Instead of the diamond-shaped back and a notch in the front, the Indian Vivo V17 will sport an L-shaped quad-camera system and a screen with punch-hole to house the 32MP selfie shooter.

The camera setup is the same with a 48MP primary camera, 8MP ultra-wide camera, 2MP macro camera, and 2MP depth camera.

The display is a bit bigger at 6.44-inch OLED versus the 6.38-inch of the Russian V17.

In addition, it will highlight a different chipset inside. Instead of SD665, it will come with the speedier SD675 like the Vivo V17 Pro. It will also go with 8GB RAM and 4,500mAh battery with USB-C fast charging.

Other than that, we do not have the rest of the missing details yet. We will know more about this phone on December 9, its launch date in India.
