Specs of Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra leaks, packs eSIM, 16GB RAM, 5,000mAh, and 45W charging!

Reliable leaker Max Weinbach claims that the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra will allegedly have up to 16GB RAM, eSIM, and 5,000mAh battery with 45W fast charging!

The next flagship from Samsung could be the S20 Ultra!

Charge up the 5,000mAh battery in 74 minutes?

The S20 Ultra 5G is going to keep the SD Card slot. Support for up to 1TB.

It will also be available in 128GB/256GB/512GB and have a 12GB and 16GB RAM option.

108MP main, 48MP 10x optical, 12MP ultra wide.

In a recent Tweet, Max Weinbach said that the upcoming Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G will be coming in 128GB/256GB/512GB model and will have up to 16GB RAM. At the back of the camera will be the 108MP main camera, 48MP 10x optical telephoto camera, and 12MP ultra-wide camera. Inside will be a microSD card support for up to 1TB and a 5,000mAh battery with a 45W charger that promises to charge a from 0 to 100 in 74 minutes!

All 3 S20s should have eSIM support.

In a follow-up tweet, Max also mentioned that all three S20 models will have eSIM support which could mean the removal of physical dual SIM trays.

As the next UNPACKED event is this February, none of this information is confirmed and we should take it with a grain of salt.
