Samsung confirms Galaxy S20 series and Galaxy Bloom in closed-door meetings at CES
Reports say that Samsung has been busy at CES 2020. The Korean tech giant is said to have met in secret with partners and trusted customers to hold a showing of their yet to be unveiled products.
Included in this list of to-be-announced devices are the new Galaxy S line and the second iteration of the Galaxy Fold.
In late December 2019, rumors that Samsung's flagship S series will have a significant moniker adjustment went around, and tipsters at the secret meeting reportedly confirmed this. Instead of S11, the new S family will go by the names S20, S20+, and S20 Ultra.
According to reports, the top of the line Galaxy S20 Ultra will be packed with features including 8K recording capabilities, 108MP main rear camera, and 100x zoom support.

The Galaxy Bloom will be reportedly marketed towards women |
Meanwhile, the follow up to the Galaxy Fold which has been branded Fold 2 by many tech outlets will also be debuting with a new name, Bloom. The reason being, it will allegedly be marketed mainly towards the female market.
Its design is said to be akin to compact powders, which simply means it'll be a clamshell phone with a foldable display. Reports also say the device will feature an ultra-thin glass on top of the screen, will have the capacity to shoot 8K videos, and will have both 4G and 5G versions.

These details may or may not be confirmed at the launch of the new Galaxy S series of smartphones at Samsung Unpacked 2020 on February 11, 2020.
