Insta360 Luna Pro is now official
Insta360 has expanded its Luna series of gimbal cameras with the launch of the Luna Pro. The handheld device features a 1-inch sensor developed in partnership with Leica, using a Summicron lens, and supports 8K Dolby Vision video recording along with 10-bit I-Log color capture.
The camera runs on a 4nm chipset paired with a dedicated image processor, which allows the 1-inch sensor to record video at resolutions up to 8K, as well as slow-motion footage at up to 1080p and 240 frames per second.
Stabilization is handled through a 3-axis gimbal system, and the Luna Pro offers 2x lossless zoom along with up to 4x HighRes zoom.

Other features include a detachable 2-inch OLED touchscreen for camera controls, 47GB of built-in storage, and a battery rated for up to four hours of use per charge.
For users working in professional video pipelines, the device supports both 10-bit I-Log and the ACES color management system.
The Insta360 Luna Pro comes in two color options, Cosmic Black and Stellar White. The Luna Pro joins the previously released Luna Ultra, which is distinguished by its dual-sensor configuration.
