The seventh most populous city in China, Wuhan City is currently in lockdown. Major transportation like airline flights and long-distance transport systems are suspended for the foreseeable future. 

Gizmochina reported that Xiaomi has sent emergency assistance worth CNY 300,000 (or PHP 2.198M) to Wuhan. In Xiaomi's official Weibo page, the company shared images of the first batch of medical supplies like medical masks, N95 masks, and thermometers that were sent to Wuhan City. The shipment is expected to arrive at Wuhan epidemic prevention a few hours after.

Xiaomi also added that they will be monitoring the situation and will be allocating more supplies to help the city.
