Samsung is introducing its lineup of service offerings which is made up of advanced solutions that are meant to be available at the customer's convenience. First off, Samsung users can take advantage of various offerings such as Remote Support Service Support for handheld devices and TVs, The Visual Support Service for digital appliances allows the user to get assistance when they access applications found within their Samsung devices which will then connect them to a customer service team through a secure phone or video call.

Through the Remote Support Service Support, Samsung engineers can remotely view and control specific device settings to provide product assistance. This is touted as a great simulation of talking straight to a technician.

Additional improvements include a bigger Nationwide Service Network with 150 authorized service center branches, In-Home Service for the bigger appliances, 24/7 for Mobile devices via #GALAXY or #425299 hotline, 12/7 support for TV, audio, and digital appliance via 1-800-10-7267864 for PLDT or 1-800-8-726-7864, and Online support vis Samsung's website.
