Select OPPO stores and service centers will slowly resume operations to serve customers while observing strict COVID-19 health and safety protocols. The company is taking proactive in-store measures that include temperature scanning of all employees and all incoming shoppers, mandatory face mask use, and implementation of minimum 6-feet social distancing.

Stores will also be disinfected at least two times a day with Hospital-grade cleaning tools and materials of all tools, furniture, demo phones, and stock items. Customers and employees will be supplied with hand sanitizers and rubbing alcohol through several hygiene stations within the store and service center.

Customers' safety is the top-most priority of OPPO as we resume the stores and service centers operations this month. We understand the needs of our Filipino customers, and we are doing our best to smartly and safely cater to these demands despite the limited movements and resources available. While observing lockdown protocols, we have also strengthened our online channels to make our products more accessible to those who prefer to purchase OPPO smartphones from their homes. Terms and warranties were also modified to address the concerns of our users during these trying times” shared OPPO Philippines Vice President for National Sales Zen Han.
