Xiaomi dominates AnTuTu's list of top performing Android flagship and mid-range phones (May 2020)

Leading Android benchmarking app has revealed its list of the top-performing flagship and mid-range smartphones globally for the month of May.

Top-performing Android phones last May

For flagship devices, almost all of the phones on the list are powered by the Snapdragon chips. Xiaomi dominated the list with 3 flagship smartphones in the top 5 list.

Top flagships

At number 1 is the Snapdragon 865-powered Mi 10 Pro with an average AnTuTu score of 590,838. It is followed by another Xiaomi SD865-powered phone, the Redmi K30 Pro with 596,604. Next on the list is the OnePlus 8 Pro with 581,794. At number 4 is the Xiaomi Mi 10 with 574,229.

Completing the top 5 list is the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G with Exynos 990 5G SoC with 519,975.

Interestingly, the global list snubbed the OPPO Find X2 Pro, the top-performing phone in the AnTuTu China list with an average score of 604,123.

Top mid-rangers

For mid-rangers, Xiaomi's Redmi K30 5G with SD765G SoC snatched the number position of the Huawei nova 7i with Kirin 810 SoC. Redmi K30 5G got an average score of 317,540 while nova 7i recorded a 310,227 score.

At number 3 is the Redmi Note 8 Pro with 291,785 followed by realme 6 with 290,700 and realme 6 Pro with 284,437.
